Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is an onsite role, requiring to be in the CB2 HQ office in Chicago, IL Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Coordinator...
Support the day-to-day setup, launching, and quality assurance of digital advertising campaigns—ranging from Search, Shopping, and PMAX to Paid Social video and image ads
Maintain flawless execution regarding tracking links, naming conventions, and audience targeting
Conduct daily budget pacing checks across active channels to ensure our spend tracks smoothly toward monthly targets and hits efficiency/ROI goals
Pull daily and weekly performance data from ad platforms and web analytics tools (like Google Ads or Adobe Analytics). You will look past just "the numbers" to help build the story behind performance trends
Manage the creative pipeline by analyzing asset performance (e.g., CTR, view rate, conversion rates) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure product inventory feeds run smoothly
Assist in setting up and analyzing scientific lift studies, creative tests, and copy experiments to continuously maximize our media budget efficiency
Partner closely with internal teams including Brand,, Creative, eCommerce, and Merchandising to ensure our paid advertising aligns with site inventory and brand priorities
What you'll bring to the table…
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data visualization) is essential; passion diving into sheets to find patterns
Desire to figure out the "why" behind consumer behavior, changing marketplace dynamics, and algorithmic performance drops
High attention to quality assurance
A proactive self-starter who can manage their own daily task list, pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, and take independent ownership of assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex campaign data into simple, actionable summaries
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Relevantmarketing or data-focused internship, university agency co-op, or intensive academic project work dealing with digital marketing or data analytics
Interest in learning native ad managers (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Analytics); certifications are a major plus
An eager attitude toward continuous learning, professional development, and accepting constructive coaching within a collaborative team
Starting Rate: $24.00 - $31.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
