Your strategic thinking, passion for retail and home design, and your ability to connect with people will help you to excel in a leadership role at Crate and Barrel. As a leader in our stores, you inspire and empower associates to achieve their personal and professional goals. We are looking for leaders with expertise in:
Design & Trade:
- Your passion for clientelling, customer service, and leadership will help the store reach its highest potential. In this role, you will lead daily operations of the design and trade business while coaching the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
Visuals:
- As a Visual leader, you will bring our merchandise design to life - owning the store's beauty and welcoming presence for customers; your passion for design and merchandising will serve you well in this role.
Operations:
- As an Operations Leader, you will ensure seamless merchandise flow and store operations, aligning priorities and schedules to keep the sales floor customer-ready

Starting Rate: $19.00 - $38.00
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
