Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, Personalization

Location: Chicago, Illinois

The Marketing Coordinator, Personalization will drive sales growth and profitability by personalizing owned channel campaigns, primarily through email. This role will plan, schedule, and execute email campaigns, collaborating with the marketing agency, creative team, and internal Lifecycle team to develop channel/audience strategies and ensure accurate campaign execution. The coordinator will also support daily operations and technology requirements, contribute to reporting, and enhance processes and campaign performance.

This is a 4 day onsite position based out of our CB2 Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

A day in the life as a Marketing Coordinator, Personalization…

  • Manage and maintain project schedules and track the progress of all email sends, from initial creative to development and deployment
  • Support the setup and deployment of email campaigns
    Support the development of creative briefs for all email campaigns
  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the creative asset repository
  • Route creative through the stakeholder approval process and collaborate with the creative team on changes
  • Review all email proofs for content and design accuracy, and support the QA process
  • Assist with the management of the messaging calendar and schedule adjustments
  • Assist in strategic planning and test plan development to optimize email channel performance
  • Support the Lifecycle Marketing team with reporting for weekly/monthly/ad hoc campaign reporting
  • Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and support their day-to-day campaign optimizations
  • Stay up-to-date on channel best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in developing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience using ESP tools, such as ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Silverpop or CheetahMail (not required, but a plus)
  • Experience using personalization tools, such as Moveable Ink (not required, but a plus)


Minimum Starting Rate: $20.19 Hourly

Up to: $28.85 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
