The Marketing Manager, Growth Programs will be the strategic and tactical engine driving growth for our most specialized business pillars: Wedding Registry, Design Services, and Trade Programs. While Paid Social is the primary lever, you will oversee a diversified multi-channel media mix including Search, Programmatic Display, and CTV. Partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and channel leaders on Performance Marketing you will own the strategy to drive high-quality traffic, sign-ups and registrations through a program rooted in incrementality, algorithmic efficiency, and omnichannel lift. You will translate high-level business goals into tactical excellence, managing day-to-day operations and leading data-driven optimizations to scale these essential service programs.

A day in the life as a Marketing Manager, Growth Programs...

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), Paid Search (Google/Bing), Programmatic, and CTV, ensuring all channels are synchronized to drive Registry and Program sign-ups

  • Manage daily program health, monitoring channel mix and targeting accuracy to ensure spend aligns with weekly and monthly acquisition targets for Design and Trade

  • Implement automation and innovative ad tech to move users from inspiration (Social/CTV) to action (Search/Sign-up), leveraging the latest platform efficiencies

  • Analyze campaign performance alongside Analytics leads, utilizing MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and customer data to prove the incremental value of our media spend

  • Partner with the in-house Creative team to develop data-backed briefs, partner with Brand and Influencer marketing to leverage creator content in paid media

  • Align with Brand, eCommerce, and CRM teams to ensure paid media supports the total customer lifecycle—from initial registry creation to long-term design consultation

  • Act as the internal authority on the media landscape, managing vendor and agency relationships while keeping stakeholders informed on performance trends

  • Coach and develop direct reports, fostering technical proficiency and a customer-centric mindset

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Proven expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) complemented by a strong working knowledge of Paid Search (SEM) and Programmatic/CTV environments

  • High-level "hands-on-keys" experience in Ads Managers (Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.); experience with Adobe Analytics or specialized attribution tools is preferred

  • Expertise in optimizing for lead generation and sign-ups rather than just ROAS, with a deep understanding of the "registration" funnel

  • Solid understanding of platform algorithms and the technical requirements (Conversion API, offline signals, 1P data) needed to track high-value actions accurately

  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that bridge the gap between "clicks" and "confirmed sign-ups"

  • A passion for understanding the "why" behind customer behavior—specifically what drives a couple to register or a professional to join a trade program.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Media, with at least 2 years in a Retail, eCommerce, or Lead-Gen environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or a related analytical field

  • Demonstrated success in managing full-funnel advertising with budgets concentrated in Social but diversified across Search and Display

  • Experience in a "Lead" capacity with a readiness to take on direct management and P&L responsibility for specific business units

  • Niche Expertise: Experience in the Wedding, Home Decor, or Interior Design industries is a significant plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling for performance forecasting)

Starting Rate: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
